New Year's Resolutions
My friends tomorrow Gyms everywhere will be packed with
peoples and their New Year's resolutions to get fit and sometime in February or
sooner they give up. Part of what helps them quit is that New Year's resolutions
are temporary and usually inspired by emotions.
If that is one of you let me suggest that you make a life
time resolution and do not focus on immediate results. You can't change bad
habits in a month or two.
Before you know it you will discover that exercise and
healthy eating has awesome results.
I was there seven years ago and on my Birthday I spent the
best part of the day soul-searching how to change the way I felt every morning
when the alarm went off, later on in the day I made a life changing decision to
exercise and start eating healthier so I joined a Gym and started eating better,
Today I am extremely happy that I didn't quit like many of my previous New
Year's resolutions.
One important advice I can give you is to flee from the negative
people in your life, as soon as they start putting you down and saying things
like "let's see how long this last" admonish then and tell them straight
out that if they are not going to help you and encourage you to please shut up.
This will not change them but at least you don't have to hear them again! Lol
Good Luck
